The Phone Assisted Voting Project Officer will work closely with the Technology Assisted Voting Project Manager across the Phone Assisted Voting (PAV) project. The role will provide general project administration support including hands-on ICT system testing to enable PAV project readiness.
Essential requirements will include a procedural and systematic mindset, experience within ICT project environments and strong organisational, administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail. We require a project administrator to assist in providing operational support and
project co-ordination to our ISRH service. The post-holder will assist in
management of projects related to the ISRH service. The post holder will assist in
managing projects from start to finish including developing any relevant business
cases or reports with support from the Service Manager. The post-holder will
provide project co-ordination, planning and administrative support to the ISRH
service, they will be required to build positive working relationships with staff at all
