Within our Early Years Foundation Unit is a Nursery, which has 68 places for both morning and afternoon sessions and also caters for children who can attend for 30 hours. We have an exciting opportunity for a new administrator to join our team.
HHELC is a four-site school based in Nottingham, which caters for pupils and young people with a range of medical, emotional or mental health needs. Each site works with a unique cohort of young people with differing experiences and needs.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is approachable and friendly, experienced and professional. You will be part of a team who play a key role in providing first class support and administrative services, and also manage our busy reception.
You will be based at our Pathways provision at Sherwood Education Centre, and may occasionally support across our other provisions if required.
If you can offer the following,
excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with staff, pupils, parents and visitors tactfully and confidentially
the ability to work using own initiative, is adaptable, with a ‘can do’ attitude
can comply with the appropriate Government, Local Authority (LA) and the school policies, procedures and systems
is experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and ideally knowledge of SIMS, but training can be given
