Key Responsibilities:
- Building and sustaining effective partnerships with senior leadership teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable talent strategies.
- Analyzing workforce metrics and identifying trends to inform recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employee development efforts.
- Leading talent acquisition initiatives, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Overseeing performance management processes, facilitating feedback conversations, coaching managers on effective performance improvement strategies, and administering corrective actions as required.
- Designing and delivering employee engagement and recognition programs that foster positive morale, motivation, and commitment to the organization's mission and values.
- Consulting on complex employee relations matters, investigating allegations of misconduct, and recommending resolution strategies that protect both the company culture and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conducting regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce risk, and improve user experience.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Cultivating a learning culture by designing and leading training and development programs that strengthen employees' technical and soft skills, encourage continuous growth, and prepare them for future roles within the organization.
- Leveraging analytics and technology tools to optimize workflows, automate manual processes, and drive informed decision making across the entire employee lifecycle.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or closely related field is highly preferred.=
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Human Resources is preferred.
