• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts to meet agreed deadlines.

• Running adhoc reports as requested.
• Analyse management accounts with the assistance of the Management Accountant in order to create budget statements in preparation for monthly management accounts meeting with budget holders.
• Carrying out reconciliations to cost centres, identifying reasons for adverse profit positions.
• Providing budget holders with support in understanding their management accounts.
• Assist in providing accurate and timely information to the service charge team.
• Support the Management Accountant in the budget/forecast setting process.
• Ensure the accurate billing of both internal and external customers.
• Bring to the attention of the Management Accountant any areas of concern/issues that need to be addressed.
• Work with other members of the Finance team to improve the functionality of the business area.
• Comply with financial regulations, policy and procedures.

Our client uses a wheelchair and other mobility aids to help him in everyday life. He has regular therapists at his home, which he has recently moved in to with his mum and dad.

There will be opportunities to have autonomy in deciding activities and outings to take him on. He enjoys going to local parks, walks and the local beach. The beach is within walking distance of their home and he enjoys splashing in the sea.

This is a friendly family environment, where the parents are excited about welcoming the right candidate into their home to help with the care of our client.

Working hours: 32 hours per week

There are additional hours available for evenings and full weekends for the right candidate. There are live-in options and hours can be split among more than one candidate. Our Client a Leader in their field of Software Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and capable Business Analyst to join their Head Office in Wimborne, Dorset

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional software development skills, a minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software company and good knowledge of Data Integration and Migration Projects.

Main responsibilities will include :-

• Analysing processes and systems to plan out solutions and creating specifications and documentation that enables development to take place
• Gather, analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency and feasibility
• Work closely with engineering, architects and QA to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility
• Create user stories, technical specifications and other specification documentation
• Work with the Product Managers and Tech leads re strategic values and priortising requirements
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Continuously improve knowledge of systems, customers and processes
• Represent the company in front of customer and partners with professionalism and competency at all times
• Manage the specification phase of projects according to the companies ways of working and Agile Development best practices
• Work with business and technical teams to research, review and collect available technical information and requirements
• Research and recommend technologies for system solutions

This is an extremely diverse and involved position for an experienced and highly capable Business Analyst who is looking to join an extremely successful company at their Bournemouth office.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis however you need to be able to travel to their office in Wimborne 3 days a week.
