Job Summary:
The Senior Transition Project Manager acts as a shared resource across CACI sectors, supporting the company’s capture opportunities, and will also occasionally be assigned as a Transition Manager for winning bids. When providing transition-specific subject matter expertise to our bids, you will work closely with Capture teams, Solutions Architects, section authors, and corporate support functions to provide a consistent understanding, approach, and application of our transition methodology. When leading a transition, you will work closely with the Program Manager, Operations Leads, Corporate Support functions, customer leads and stakeholders to ensure all program transition activities are completed successfully and on schedule. You will be the primary point of contact for all activities throughout the duration of the transition.
The TPM must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present information and ideas in a business-like manner. The TPM will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and significant coordination of efforts.
This is a hybrid role from Reston, VA.
In This Highly Impactful And Strategic Role, You Will:
- Ensure that the overall approach described in the proposal is defined at the outset of all transition projects
- Support business development, capture and proposal efforts through effective written artifacts and verbal communications/presentations that articulate both the details and value of transition management aspects of CACI’s proposed solution.
- Contribute key win themes and strategies for comprehensive, integrated transition plans/schedules in support of proposal efforts spanning standard non-technical and technical transition-in activities (i.e. program management processes and tools, knowledge transfer, gap analysis, recruiting/staffing, clearances and access requirements, quality and risk management, facilities preparation, asset management, communication and reporting, subcontract/vendor engagement, and service delivery transition and operational readiness).
- Contribute strategic content and guidance on orals slides and or videos concerning transition-in approaches.
- Participate in color reviews to provide subject matter expertise specific to management and transition solutions.
- Advise program leadership on post-transition management of the environment. Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to transition-in teams and transition managers across the organization.
- Develop detailed Transition approaches tailored for each proposal/customer.
- Develop risks and mitigations for each proposal.
- Generate, own, and lead execution of the Transition-in plan
- Develop innovative Transition Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Develop Transition Readiness Review (TRR) checklists
- Provide reporting on status, progress, and performance measures
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelors and 10+ years of experience supporting Federal customers to include leadership roles in program management, project management, transition management, proposal management, business operations, and/or service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to solution contract transitions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contract transitions.
- Analytical skills, able to report, trend and present data
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Process Design and Process Improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly as it applies to proposals, client presentations and program management.
- Experience with program, project, and transition management processes, tools, and protocols.
- Active Secret clearance, willingness to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance with CI poly
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- PMP certification
- ITIL v4 Foundations certification
- Active Top Secret or higher clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
