CACI is seeking an Intelligence - Risk Management Operations Specialist that has a 13-year background in counterintelligence analysis and/or operations. Develop analysis and plans of action to detect, identify, assess, exploit, counter and neutralize damaging efforts by foreign entities that could affect logistical capabilities of the team. Individual will be expected to operate at the senior level in a high tempo, operations-integrated environment with limited opportunity for traditional peer review of their products and therefore shall be able to independently provide high quality finished Counterintelligence (CI) products. This program requires a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) with prior experience working in higher echelons of military headquarters, experience in handling sensitive information and providing operational risk analysis to developmental and ongoing operations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Conduct vulnerability surveys, keep up to date with information about potential adversaries, monitor potential insider threats, and coordinate with others as needed.
- Develop analysis and plans of action to detect, identify, assess, exploit, counter and neutralize damaging efforts by foreign entities that could affect logistical capabilities of the team.
- Coordinate with other CI professionals and agencies within the DoD and IA
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Related Field
- Applicant must be a graduate of CI credentialing course, accredited CI analysis course, or demonstrate significant experience in CI analysis.
- Top Secret Level Clearance
- Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Social Network Analysis, GEOINT, Geo-Political Analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis.
- Minimum of 13 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 5 years at the operational level.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Acute knowledge of Special Operations typically obtained through military training and operational experience.
- Advanced writing and communication skills and experience producing written intelligence analysis and briefings with little oversight.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
- Requires a BA/BS degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Counterintelligence Agent of equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on source operations Graduate of Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course, service, or interagency equivalent
- Experience conducting CI threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, and route reconnaissance Experience collaborating with joint and federal agencies on emerging trends and threats in the area of operation
Nice to have These Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in related Field
- Significant experience in the Counterintelligence field with focus in OSINT and Signature Management / Due Diligence analysis.
- Coordinate efforts with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) partners to collaborate on information sources, tools, and risk mitigation strategy development.
- Acute knowledge of Special Operations typically obtained through military training and operational experience.
- Significant experience in Threat Finance or Technical/Cyber expertise is beneficial.

$70,900 - $148,900
