RPS is looking for an Associate Director to join the UK Transport Planning Team. The key driver in this role is to identify new opportunities to build on our customer base and, directly contribute to RPS’ growth and success. We bring our transport planning expertise to all forms of property and infrastructure development, covering energy generation, residential, commercial, sporting, leisure, health, and educational land uses.

What you will be doing
You will be accountable for generating new business from your customer base, recruiting, and developing your new team, and providing customers with qualified transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects.
You will have freedom with full assistance from the wider Transport Team to build the business, which guides developers, housebuilders, and infrastructure providers.
Who we are looking for
With experience within this sector, you will already be familiar with what we are looking for. We are looking for a highly practiced and experienced transport planner, with excellent customer contacts, first class communication, directorship and management credentials, and the financial acumen to ensure that the P&L targets are met.
