Job Summary
This position will report to the leader of the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE) and will support the AI CoE in various aspects of AI solution evaluation, coordination, project management, training, and research. The AI Solutions BSA will work closely with technical and business teams across the organization to assess, select, implement, and monitor AI solutions that meet the organization's needs and goals. The AI Solutions BSA will also develop and deliver training and education programs, workshops, and communications to enhance AI literacy and awareness for users and stakeholders.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to define the scope, requirements, and deliverables of AI projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy and vision.
- Lead the evaluation process of AI solutions, including conducting market research, benchmarking, feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Provide project management support for internally developed AI projects, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs and workshops to enhance AI literacy and awareness for users and stakeholders, including best practices, use cases, benefits, and challenges of AI.
- Maintain and communicate broadly a readily-accessible repository of key AI initiatives to provide visibility across the organization into the work of the AI CoE.
- Conduct research and development activities to explore new and emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their potential for the organization.
- Work closely with business and clinical stakeholders to establish monitoring and evaluation of the performance and impact of implemented AI solutions, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferred Master's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in the field Required
- 7 years of relevant experience including experience formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives Preferred
- Experience in systems development lifecycle including, requirements gathering and design Preferred
- Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation Preferred
- Background in health care, sciences or information systems Preferred
