• Manages real property assets owned, leased, or held by the Natick Soldier Systems Center.
• Maintains the Department Directorate of Public Works (DPWs) portion of the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and the Real Property Planning and Analysis Systems (RPLANS).
• Responsible for the assignment of all space on Natick Soldier Systems Center and updating the Enterprise Pro-active Real Property Interactive Space Management Systems (ePRISMS) database, accordingly.
• Develops the Installation Facility Reduction Program, a five-year plan of facilities that will be demolished because they have exceeded their useful lives or they are excess, for the installation.
