Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and offering solutions to a range of queries. Your role will involve:
Answering customer queries with professionalism and empathy, providing a seamless service experience
Using your product knowledge to offer informed advice and relevant solutions tailored to each customer
Collaborating with other teams and departments when necessary to resolve issues or escalate matters
Turning complaints into positive outcomes by addressing concerns quickly and effectively
Ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, understanding, and respect
