Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients
• Reviewing work that has been prepared by assistants, and Accountants.
• Preparing accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax returns and any other compliance work needed for filing at Companies House and HMRC.
• Ownership of compliance across your own portfolio, maintaining a thorough review process for all work, ensuring a consistent and compliant service is delivered and statutory filing dates are met.
• Bookkeeping for clients using Xero, Free Agent and QuickBooks as needed.
• Training Junior members of the team.
• Dealing with all communications for clients, both written and verbally.
• Dealing with the inbound and outbound post, and ensuring it is dealt with accordingly.
• Making sure that the clients are invoiced at the right time, and for any additional work.
• Tax planning with clients.
• Ensuring the clients are registered for the relevant taxes with HMRC.
• Making sure Companies House records are kept up to date and accurate for the clients, ensuring that any forms needed are completed and filed at Companies House.
• Processing payroll for clients
• Covering for colleagues for period of illness, holidays, to include email cover for clients.
• Training new starters and accountants in the team.
• Supporting and covering the Team Manager and other team members, during periods of absence.
• Supporting the Client Partners and Senior Management Team on growth, meeting and speaking with prospective clients, and attending events as and when required.

• Ability to deal with clients and members of the company with empathy, and in line with the company values.
• Develop self through CPD and Relevant Training, to ensure up to date with all relevant legislation.
• Working Knowledge of Accounting systems and software.

The Vehicle Recovery Examination Services (VRES) tackles vehicle crime in London, working with various agencies to manage vehicles involved in collisions, serious crimes, or those seized for no insurance or unlicensed use. We support frontline policing 24/7/365, processing around 40,000 vehicles annually at our Perivale and Charlton compounds.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles according to statutory regulations including Health and Safety at Work Act, Institute of Vehicle Recovery standards (IVR), Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).
• Processing Vehicles: Confirm vehicle identity upon arrival, accurately complete vehicle removal forms, and move vehicles into designated storage areas, ensuring evidential continuity.
• Specialist Equipment: Use specialist vehicle movement equipment following Health and Safety protocols, and report any faults to the pound manager.
• Inspections: Inspect vehicles post-forensic examination, restoration, or pre-disposal. Record property, including cash, drugs, weapons, and valuables, following VRES SOPs.
• Hazard Management: Deal with oil and fuel spills from accident-damaged vehicles in accordance with Health and Safety risk assessments and environmental legislation.

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a dynamic and innovative manager to lead and develop the Service Line for our Greenwich Intensive Case Management for Psychosis Teams.The teams work across the Royal Borough of Greenwich delivering a service for clients living with complex mental health issues.

Ideally the post holder would also have clinical experience of working with service users with psychosis.
