Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic Training Administrator who will ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly. Your duties will include communicating with participants and vendors and assisting with development of effective programs. This position is responsible for coordinating training logistics and processes as well as supporting multiple training programs; coordinating training schedules, resolving conflicts, processing requests, supporting the training budget, coordinating training events, supporting external vendors, obtaining classroom materials and managing inventory, managing training regions data and logins, and managing multiple training logistics and support functions. This is a high visibility role consulting with customers and internal workgroups with the coordination of project management activities related to the learning organization.
NOTE: the role is hybrid/flex and requires being in the office three days per week and working from home two; relocation is NOT available for this role, sponsorship will NOT be extended ~
Required Job Qualifications:
- Three (3) years’ of business experience OR completion of relevant technical certification/college courses.
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams specifically) as well as WebEx and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience tracking and handling large numbers of records and working with data reporting quickly and accurately.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual event production and advanced Excel.
- 2 years’ of Learning and Development, HR or project coordination experience in a corporate or business setting.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel.
