- Assist in ensuring ensure the commands operational training is properly coordinated, synchronized, and financially resourced.
- Provide recommendations on spend plans, POM actions, and tracks year of execution for the Division Operational Training budget.
- Directly manages the Joint Operational Readiness Training System for the Command aligned, assigned, and attached forces.
- Provide oversight of the Directorate Operational Training Budget through the approved spend plan.
- Liaison with appropriate headquarters to ensure plans and training are coordinated and synchronized with the Command forces and other government-agencies.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to the Chief and Deputy Chief of Training regarding operational training matters involving the command.
