Main ResponsibilitiesThis is a new fulltime post, which allows you to work remotely, as well as working out of our Head Office in Salisbury. The role will support all aspects of team engagement from job offer through to training, to shadowing and sign off, as well as coordinating the refresher & development training of our 300+ existing carers.
You will work closely with the Company Training Manager to ensure we are CQC/CIW compliant in all areas of training and development.
The Ideal CandidateWill possess::
- ● Excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills
- ● Previous experience managing an eLearning platform
- ● Assertive, but personable - a definite people person, organised and able to manage high volumes of carers through training
- ● Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
- ● Proactive and driven to ensure 100% training compliance
- ● The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- ● Driver with own car
