Engineering Technician Job Description :

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.
• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.
• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
• Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical /Mechatronic/IT/ Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture Engineering / Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical / Mechatronic/ IT/Biochemical/ Mechanical/ computer/ Architecture
• Day shift to start with ; 3 days work on ODD workweek, 4 days work on EVEN workweek. will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs.
• Experience in HTOL support
• Experience with ATE Tester. Experience with 93K will be added advantage
• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.
• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities
• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
