JOB TITLE: Head of Strategic Campaigns and Insight
SALARY: £101,932 - £131,912 (salary may vary according to experience)
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Birmingham, Bristol, Halifax & Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity

The Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) team is looking for a driven and creative Head of Strategic Campaigns and Insight. This role will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the Group's reputation and future growth. Responsible for crafting bold, brave, integrated communication strategies and campaigns that drive positive sentiment, differentiate and deliver on our purpose to help Britain prosper.
The role will harness insight and data to design and deliver strategic campaigns working closely with teams across GCA, the business, and marketing to ensure a fully integrated approach is taken, that activity is aligned to Group priorities and reaches key audiences.
In this role, you will:

Develop the communication and campaign strategy to help differentiate the Group and build trust, reputation and growth.

Prioritise strategic messages, campaigns and activities that align purpose and strategy and resonate with key audiences.

Use your commercial awareness and understanding of the macro environment to build effective campaigns, engagement and communication activities.

Ensure alignment of key internal and external messaging and activity to drive consistency, clarity and impact.

Ensure close collaboration with the business, as well as GCA, Brand and Marketing teams.

Support divisional communications teams in developing strategies that increase positive sentiment and business success.

What you'll need

Extensive experience in building reputation and business success through innovative strategies and creative campaigns.

Strong knowledge of communications data, insight and analytics to create impactful campaigns and engagement.

Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.

Track record of creating creative strategies and campaigns that are aligned to purpose and deliver measurable positive impact.
