As a Cash & Banking Administrator, you'll bring reconciliation experience in a finance role, a good understanding of accounting principles surrounding cash management and be literate with standard Windows software. You will be computer literate with financial systems, great time management skills and a first-class level of communication.
Your role will be to maintain the cash books for our business areas. You will have experience in cash & banking or perhaps studying in finance looking for a first step in your career.
As our Cash & Banking Administrator, you will:

Complete of the bank reconciliations within the set deadlines.

Post transactions and investigation of any payments made without remittances.

Ensure that cheques received at Central Office are posted accordingly.

Record payments taken by the sites, posting adjustments when necessary.

Work from excel reports and paper remittances, posting payments individually to client accounts.

Ensure that payments are posted accurately and within the set deadlines.
