As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role by providing robust financial information to decision-makers and budget holders. You will lead a small team, delivering high-quality services while fostering team engagement and development.
Beyond just crunching numbers, you will articulate key insights from the data to senior stakeholders. Your deep understanding of the business area and stakeholder priorities will drive your contributions. You'll have the opportunity to inspire change, challenge existing processes, and seek improvements to enhance efficiencies and support our customers more effectively across the business.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
• Producing comprehensive business scorecards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Monitoring revenue performance and identifying significant variances.
• Collaborating with sales teams to provide strategic insights into channel performance.
• Analysing the financial implications of new product innovations.
• Partnering with Marketing and Sales to evaluate the success of new product launches.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes with meticulous financial analysis.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and a keen aptitude for learning new systems.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
