Finance Administrator
Temporary Contract: August - End of October
Location: Fleet - Hybrid Working. Office days are Tuesday-Thursday, WFH Monday and Friday.
Rate: £12.82 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
Join a leading company in the events sector and work on one of their largest projects, supporting both the finance and projects team to ensure efficiency in the run up to their largest event.
The role will comprise of the following tasks:
- Inbox Support - General Finance Queries, reply using canned responses.
- Keeping Proof Payment List up to date
- Handling Participant Email communications around Query, Duplicate & Error Payments.
- Handling Participant Email communications around requesting bank details for refunds.
- Credit Control Emails & Phone Calls
- Keeping Credit Control List up to date
- Download & Save Participant Invoice Copies
- Posting Bank Transfer Payment on Cvent & Sending relevant Financial Confirmation emails out to participants
Full training and equipment will be provided. You must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
