• Provide oversight and monitoring of overall costs, control, adherence to schedules and technical quality of work within Desktop Management and User Support/Computer Refresh Program.
• Oversee coordination of internal and external resources, ensuring IT projects remain within scope, on schedule, and within the defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments on a daily/weekly basis.
• Manage vendor relations, contract negotiations, project budget, and deadlines while focusing on maximum cost savings.
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle such as initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and finalization all which mitigating risks in a proactive manner.
• Provide input for the IT governance, strategy, and portfolio management functions around acquisition feasibility, costs, and contract execution performance as needed.
