ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining safety guidelines, procedures, and requirements.
- Assist in ensuring and monitoring environmental, safety, and health programs.
- Support Occupational safety, health, and environment management in terms of coordinating with the government for documentation or report-related legal requirements for HDD operation.
- Monitor and audit hygienic canteen audits to comply with EHS standards and regulations.
- Support regular industrial hygiene monitoring in the workplace i.e. illumination, Noise level.
- Conduct food/drinking water monitoring.
- Support health activity.
- Able to effectively communicate safety training.
- Conduct EHS awareness orientation training for initial new-hire DL employees and caterers.
- Conduct Regular contractor safety training programs.
- Create and maintain the EHS system database, record, and documentation.
- Monitor and audit the working area, hot work permit, contractor safe work, PPE usage, and hygienic canteen audit to comply with EHS standards and regulations.
- Support accident/ incident investigation.
- Leader to conduct and validate the safety good catch report.
- Support emergency preparedness i.e. update ERT organization, evacuation drill, ERT cabinet audit, and update emergency contact person number.
- Promote the EHS activities and communicate the EHS information
- Gather and keep all issues/documents of EHS to report
- Support and Coordinate special projects related to EHS
- Coordinated with government & vendor on issues related to EHS.
