Business Support Officer – Prevention, Information and Assurance

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to join our Early Help Service at Together for Children.
As part of the Prevention, Information and Assurance team you will provide a range of technical, clerical, financial and support services. You will work effectively to produce accurate information within required timescales and provide information and support to internal and external stakeholders to support the efficient and effective running of the service.
You will lead on the maintenance and updating of accurate, high-quality information and data in the Early Help directorate for a range areas of work and projects, which may include:
Prevention & Early Help
Supporting Families
Family Hubs
The Holiday Activity and Food Programme
Funded Childcare
Advice and Support for Families
Free School Meals
Quality Assurance
Applicants should be proactive, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong ICT and administrative abilities.
