An exciting opportunity has arisen in Nacro’s Corporate Services directorate for a Information Governance Manager, In this role you will manage systems and processes that will enable Nacro to maintain an effective policy and assurance framework.
You will lead on delivering Nacro’s privacy programme, maintaining ISO27001 certification and managing Nacro’s policy and assurance framework, as well as managing existing and upcoming projects within the directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define Goals & Objectives: Lead your team in achieving both organizational and local priorities by setting clear, achievable goals.
• Performance Management: Establish performance targets for your direct reports using the appraisal process and monitor progress through regular one-on-one meetings.
• Data Privacy Expertise: Bring your knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018) and ISO27001 to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Project Management: Utilize your project management experience to oversee initiatives and deliver results effectively.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with your manager to set team performance targets, ensuring resources are managed efficiently to meet these goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using relevant systems, producing reports within specified timeframes.
• Team Collaboration: Actively promote and represent Nacro, building strong relationships with colleagues to foster an integrated team environment focused on meeting the needs of our service users and learners.
