Job Summary:

The Duke Energy Natural Gas Business Unit (NGBU) supports the energy needs of more than 1.6 million customers in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.  This position will be responsible for the design of new assets and support of existing systems in Nashville, Tennessee. Job Purpose

In partnership with the Pod's External Wholesalers and Internal Wholesalers, the Hybrid Product Wholesaler (HPW) is responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to achieve sales goals by covering a targeted advisor segment – effectively covering the opportunity gap within the pod territories. The HPW role is also responsible for promoting POD member engagement towards company growth initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and executes strategic business plans that target a specific set of financial professionals within multiple territories in order to attain sales growth objectives.
• Cultivates new business relationships and extends low producing relationships within the territory through collaboration with External Wholesalers and consistent review of the territory execution plan to ensure targets are attained and adjustments made when necessary.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for all duties associated with and related to the safe, efficient and cost effective installation and maintenance of natural gas facilities and appurtenances on both transmission and distribution natural gas systems per 49CFR Part 192 and Piedmont Natural Gas policies and procedures.

• Examine quality of installations for conformity to standards
• Perform work coordination duties such as schedule coordination, inspections of “as-built”, and inspection of contractor pay sheets for multiple company and contract crews

What you will do

As Fire Sales Manager within Johnson Controls you will be responsible for bookings growth, expanding relationships and wallet share with our existing customers, growing new business and growing and maintaining recurring service bookings and revenues to achieve organizational objectives. • Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Hospitality Services includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.

• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance

• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field

• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

• Team player, must have excellent customer service and communication skills

• Preferred Shift: 8:30-5:30 but some flexibility required

What You’ll Do

As a stock associate you’ll delight shoppers with everything for extraordinary gift giving, entertaining and decorating. You’ll be responsible for a variety of duties including providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards and delivering curbside orders to our customers.

• Physically unloading trucks and check in product according to Company procedures.
• Stock merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, visual direction, pricing standards, productivity and safety standards.
• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.
• Adhere to all company Loss prevention policy and procedures, and distressed merchandise procedures.
• General housekeeping as directed by management.
• Assist customers utilizing World Market service standards as well as representing the World Market brand.

Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will prospect and engage potential clients while managing, nurturing, and growing our existing client base. Promoting both CoStar and LoopNet products, you will have the opportunity to take an entrepreneurial approach to sell, train, and retain your book of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
• Become an expert in CoStar’s critical information and marketing solutions including
• LoopNet, the leading online commercial real estate marketplace
• Complete ownership of the full sales cycle including prospecting, demoing, closing,
• onboarding, training, and renewing
• Conduct a high level of in person client and prospect product demonstrations
• Provide valuable insight to all participants in the commercial property market, including
• Brokers, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Appraisers and Service Providers
• Represent CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your market

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred
• Two or more years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling Data, Research and Analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, or information providers. 
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
• Two or more years of experience training clients on how to use a solution post sale
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.  Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date
