Brook street are recruiting for an Admin officer to work remotely with occasional travel to the Loughborough office.

This a temporary position until 31.03.2025 (with a possibility of extension) but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.

37 hours per week. Monday - Friday between 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Pay rate £11.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks, then this will increase to £11.88 per hour after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
" Customer service via telephone
" Registering appeals for children from ages 1-25.
" Issuing orders from Tribunal Judges, issuing Tribunal letters to parties and judiciary
" Inputting Data onto the system
" Preparing Papers
" Creating and updating records
" Email correspondence
" any ad hoc administrative duties from manager.
