Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback; teaching, supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

Manages maintenance department daily operations by monitoring and ensuring department performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment (e.g., material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, general building repairs); and monitoring and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (i.e. OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT, etc.) relating to maintenance operations.

Manage financial aspects as assigned and/or in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

At Fairfield, our properties are known for the visible and available on-site staff that keep our residents loving where they live. Our Maintenance Technicians assist in the maintenance and repairs necessary to meet our high standards of excellence for overall property quality and curb appeal. Like all members of our Property Management Team, our Maintenance Technicians are focused on ensuring customer happiness by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins.    

This role is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience in property or building maintenance. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

• Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the common area amenities, occupied units and vacant units.

• Assist in maintaining the exterior grounds and providing excellent curb appeal.

• Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents.

• Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members. 

COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

• Complete regular inspections as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met.

• Strictly adhere to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED ON DAY ONE:

• Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade required. ​

• Technical knowledge in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural, and appliance repair.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for on-call maintenance rotation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English required.

• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Ability to maintain a flexible, available schedule to respond promptly and resolve after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance.

*The First-Year Bonus, less usual deductions, will be divided into two equal payments: the first payment following the completion of 90 days of employment, and the second payment following the completion of 1 year of employment.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. What Process Control and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Process Control and Maintenance repairs equipment to manufacture standard to meet production demands.  The employee assist Engineers and executes equipment qualifications on all new/modified tooling or equipment.  The employee also, qualify items and provide documented proof that operations are within established parameters

Job Summary

Senior-level multi-craft technicians who are assigned to the maintenance department and who provide primary support for maintenance of production equipment.  Secondary responsibilities will include Facilities/Utilities/ and HVAC. This role utilizes multi-craft skills including mechanical, electrical, welding, plumbing, troubleshooting, and other duties as needed.  This individual will be a self-starter and someone who is willing to help the team achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Planned Maintenance which includes but not limited to: scheduled maintenance on equipment and or facility.
• Monitor and operate the facilities system throughout the day. (Air conditioners, cooling towers, chillers etc.)
• Answer calls for support or repair of manufacturing equipment or facility.
• Emergency Response Team for accidents, incidence relating at the plant.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment.
• Writes and executes equipment qualifications on all new or modified tooling or equipment to test and qualify items and provide documented proof that operations are within established parameters.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Utilizes multi-craft skills including mechanical, electrical, welding, plumbing, troubleshooting, and other duties as needed.Secondary responsibilities will include Facilities/Utilities/ and HVAC.

• Minimize equipment downtime and waste.

• Rebuild equipment sub assemblies and complete preventive maintenance tasks.

• Maintain equipment service and maintenance records.

• Provide mechanical support, consistent with production and quality requirements.

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Supervisor – Cleaning/Maintenance Services. The Cleaning/Maintenance Services Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the cleaning staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks
• Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift
• Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Operations Manager
• Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
• Enforce safety, health, and security duties.

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a quality product to our residents.
• Completes resident service request in a timely manner.
• Has knowledge of various maintenance functions including and not limited to plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, general carpentry skills, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety issues.
