Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a Total FM focused contract with proven ability of delivering FM services across a patch of schools in Swindon. The role will involve completing all regular safety checks, fire extinguisher & fire blanket checks and Undertaking building audits.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Swindon. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

Key responsibilities:
• Supervising contractors to ensure they are following safe systems of work
• Completing all preventative planned maintenance checks
• Building fabric works, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry work
• Completing all regular safety checks
• Undertaking building audits
Key Requirements:
• Experience of managing a multi-function engineering team
• Extensive experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering
• Experience of managing external contractors
• Experience in using and issuing work permits and safe systems of work
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
