They also complete projects across a range of commercial industries, such as health, education and retail. Operating for 25 years, they have built a name for themselves in the industry, fostering long-term builder relationships and winning repeat business time and time again. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Production/Factory Manager to join the team.
Your new role
Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery production facility, review current processes, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality standards, and on-time delivery.
Increase business profitability via quality control, develop and implement strategies to ensure a high quality product is manufactured, minimising re-works and overtime.
