Production Operative

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our client based in Bexhill-on-Sea are looking for 2 to 3 people to start working on a temporary basis ASAP. This will be an ongoing opportunity, and may even lead to a permanent contract for committed individuals.
The pay is £11.65 per hour, and there is an opportunity after 12 weeks to earn performance related bonus, which can be up to £100 per week. In addition, from day one there is the option to work overtime paying time and a half (this will be paid from any extra hours done after 2:30pm Monday to Friday, or possibly Saturday mornings).
The work will mainly involve packing bricks and is therefore an extremely physical role, with individual weekly targets. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for individuals who can carry out heavy lifting for long periods of time. However, in the long run there are progression opportunities within other areas of the business.

The role is full time and based on site, 39 hours per week standard - 5:30am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday 5:30am - 1:30pm Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch break with the opportunity to flex throughout the day).
