We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for departmental procurement, DADMS representation and assisting with technical writing in support of our customer onboard NSWC Corona.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Procurement Specialist

• Generates purchase requisitions (procurements of network & software items) for the Performance Assessment Department (PA) and Command Code 104 at NSWC Corona

• Works directly with the Acquisition Requirement Planner in all elements of acquisition planning and execution.

• Builds acquisition plans based on in-depth knowledge of the department's technical functions and business lines; knowledge of acquisition and financial regulations and processes; and effective communication with managers, engineers, technicians, acquisition and financial personnel

• Submits Information Technology (ITPR) requests to the Government for approvals.

• Submits procurements of network and software items in Purchase Request Tool (PRT)

• Effectively interfaces with requirement creators, Contracts Department, and the Material and Asset Management Office, translating technical requirements into the Technical Data Package (TDP) terminology consistent with financial and acquisition regulations

• Tracks execution of and provide status on the PA/Command Department acquisition related tasks and actions on the Corona Classified RDT&E Network (CCRN)

• Updates all work performed in Jira Service Desk including when ITPR’s are complete and when PR# are completed

• Tracks all purchases for other branches in PA through CCRN on Atlassian Confluence

• Reviews and analyzes RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs received from mandatory sources by utilizing price/cost analysis

• Section 508 approver for ITPR’s on NAV-ITAS

DADMS Portfolio Representative

• Manages the Department of the Navy Applications and Database Management System (DADMS) portfolio for the PA/CO Department in creating software add-ons, new adds for applications, and ensuring all software is in compliance with Navy DoD policies

• Tracks all software applications being used on CCRN and other classified networks used in all groups within PA (LAB 57) on Excel Spreadsheets

• Uses Atlassian Service Desk (ticketing system) to create digital records of approvals for DADMS applications to be added to the enclave

Procurement Analyst

• Gathers purchasing data from previous FY to plan and forecast budget for upcoming FY

• Builds dashboards for various needs for CCRN upon request from admins

• Created and maintains DADMS dashboard on CCRN for users to access list of approved applications

Other Job Duties

• Technical Writer of Standard Operating Procedures for the CCRN Network documenting a step-by-step process for various scenarios

• Works with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word daily

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides supply receipt, delivery and inventory management services to an assigned area or department of the medical center or facility.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Takes a daily inventory of assigned supply storage area and/or clinical department supplies (Par Carts), requisitions and restocks supplies to par levels. Rotates stock and maintains a clean and orderly storage area in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Monitors usage, creates utilization reports, consults with clinical supply liaison or appropriate department staff, recommends changes to inventory and par levels.

3. Assists with the procurement of special supply needs and may assist assigned department with the procurement of equipment.

4. Acts as a knowledge resource for clinical or other related staff in the area of supply methods and goods.

5. Works independently under regular supervision. Follows defined procedures and guidelines. Makes decisions about inventory levels. Represents the interests of the organization when interfacing with vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

An understanding of inventory management tasks and the ability to work effectively with a computer based inventory management system.

Requires accurate data entry and keyboarding skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, the ability to read and interpret supply requisitions and equipment directions. Must have demonstrated effective customer service skills. Positions in Food Service area must be able to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Previous experience working with medical supplies or food supplies (as applicable) and/or hospital services is strongly preferred and may be required for some work assignments.

• Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment; enter orders into computer systems, Web, etc.
• Receive inbound shipments from UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers and resolve all shipping errors.

What You'll Do:

Denver International Airport (DEN) Department of Business Management Services (BMS), Contract Procurement team is currently seeking a Procurement Contract Administrator to lead various procurement opportunities at DEN for both revenue and expenditure-based projects.  This is a rare opportunity to have a direct impact on key projects at DEN and the international aviation community. Procurement projects include Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, Invitations to Bid, and Contract Amendments just to name a few. This position will work closely with DEN stakeholders and Leadership to draft, evaluate and award procurement opportunities. 

Additionally, as a Procurement Contract Administrator you can expect to:

• Collaborate with DEN stakeholders to improve transparency, accountability, and standardization with procurement policies and procedures
• Provide recommendations that may result in increasing competition, quality, and expanding contractor diversity opportunities at DEN
• Present to DEN Leadership and stakeholders on current projects throughout the lifecycle of the procurement
• Review and analyze procurement specifications and independently prepare solicitation documents

• Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience performing contract negotiation, contract administration, or conducting research and analysis in an area such as budget, compliance issues, or accounting.
• Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.  Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

As the Planning, Inventory, and Operations Manager at Dockers, you will report into the Dockers VP Product Development & MP&IM to guide our Planning strategy. You will use financial experience of end-to-end planning to provide operational initiative support. You will identify planning opportunities and risk and activate partners or resources to maximize or reduce these gaps. You will help implement the best planning capabilities and standardized planning processes and cross-regionally. The scope of this role is all brands, channels/ business models, and all regions.

About the Job

Global Planning and Operations

• Promote and own LRCP (revenue, units, margin) planning and review sessions
• Organize and own Seasonal COGS Framework and cross-functional review sessions
• Develop planning milestone calendar across planning team
• Support and organize regional target setting with regional planning and commercial leads
• Investment Review & Hind-sighting – Support, shape GTM check-point meetings
• Support management of special projects

Business Intelligence – Reporting Analytics and Sizing

• Develop reporting and sizing analysts
• Develop insights that promote better decision making through tool/report development
• Optimize inventory investments through sizing insights and optimization
• Lead planning analytics projects and requirements

About You

• Relevant work experience with 3-5 years of apparel/retail or equivalent experience
• Experience with planning organizations or retail/wholesale environment
• Experience developing system-based training programs
• Experience working with a Merchandise Assortment Planning tool and retail planning experience
• Experience interpreting meaningful themes from quantitative data
• Collaborate with a broad and diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and business process modeling
• Diagnose and structure process issues; use rigor and logic to develop streamlined solutions
• Expertise in understanding complex systems landscape and interaction between systems and business process

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
