Job Summary: The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the purchasing processes for EACH, ensuring value for money, competitive pricing, and prompt service. This includes complex contract negotiations, supplier management, and ensuring that all purchasing activities align with EACHs strategic goals, including net-zero objectives. Purpose of the position

To work as a key member of a cross functional project team, alongside other key senior project roles accountable for managing and reporting all supplier and subcontractor delivery performance (cost, quality and delivery). A key aspect of this position will be to ensure that material cost is managed to the budget baseline and supplier/subcontractor compliance is managed to ensure delivery of contractual deliverables and identifying and mitigating all risks that may affect this.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with all key suppliers across the project

• Ensure clear alignment between Marshall and all Suppliers on all key contractual deliverables and documentation as Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work and Schedule of requirements.

What you will be doing…

As our next Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead, you’ll be responsible for directing the safe, timely and efficient provision of the Facilities Services in order to support a delay-free NNB construction programme. In order for us to achieve this goal, your daily responsibilities will include:


- Lead critical site facilities services for a construction workforce of approximately 12,000.
- Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Provide operational support and leadership to NNB Delivery Leads for Storage Services.
- Define work scope for the Storage Services contract and manage interfaces with other project elements.
- Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans in line with the overall programme execution plan (PEP).

- Prepare monthly reports covering safety performance, SLAs, KPIs, financials, forecasting, and planning.
- Oversee the safe and efficient management of HPC building and property assets.

- Maximize efficiencies and productivity with the Tier 1 contractor team to demonstrate value to NNB.

Who you are…

To be our next Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead, we’re looking for you to hold a degree or equivalent standard education, or recent relevant middle management experience at a similar level in a related industrial setting. You must possess technical experience and an understanding of industry standards for managing project storage, equipment preservation, packaging, and cargo transportation regulations. Full knowledge of CDM regulations is essential, along with a proven record in managing project storage, AIL cargo, care and maintenance, and transportation. The Inventory Data Analyst role sits in the Central Supply Chain / Technical Operations team at Mundipharma. The role will be accountable for the Global inventory analytics and proactively managing key results by managing and tracking around $150M of inventory, reporting of related KPIs, providing variance analysis and actively delivering inventory balancing initiatives.
