Property Officer for Exeter

In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships to source properties, and procure long term contracts, utilising your strong communication skills. You will manage an assigned caseload and travel accordingly to secure the properties. You will also carry out procurement administration and meet the set targets required in line with the relevant legislation.

Duties include

• Managing assigned caseloads


• Travelling to meet stakeholders


• Ensure agreed values and ethical standards are met in line with supply chain contracts


• Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders ensuring compliance at every level.

You will need to work closely with your line manager and team members, collaborating and attending meetings as required. You will need to be able to monitor your own work levels, progress and development in the role, and undertake all core learning and development programmes as required
