To be responsible for assisting the Pharmacy ProcurementManager/Deputy Pharmacy Procurement Manager with placing orders in a cost-effective manner using technology to minimise paperwork. To ensure goods received into pharmacy are promptly unpacked, checked off and stored correctly To be responsible for the accurate and timely matching of invoices on JAC and other maintenance of paperwork related to the ordering and invoicing of medicines To be responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Distribution Manager in ensuring all relevant wards and departments are topped-up with the designated amount of stock that they require To assist when necessary with general clerical duties within the department.
