We are now looking for an excellent 'all-rounder' who will be part of a busy purchasing team. This role is integral to the smooth running of the business and we are therefore looking for someone that is keen to get stuck into a challenge, learn quickly and grow within the role.

The company: Initially a family run business, this company has grown throughout the last 5 years and is now on an aggressive growth plan with lots of exciting opportunities in the future. It is a non-corporate organisation where employees enjoy building relationships with colleagues across all departments.

The Job:

• Processing purchase orders onto the system
• Inputting important product codes
• Review and analyse buying trends
• Building relationships with suppliers regarding stock via email and phone
• Delivering exemplary customer service to both suppliers and customers
• Covering manager responsibilities during annual leave
• Check product availability for customers
• Liaise with departments across the business
• Support with overflow calls as necessary
• Keep abreast of product trends

We are ideally looking for someone with a foundation of office-based experience, working on computers and customer service. Due to this role being in the purchasing team, accuracy and attention to detail is super important.
