KPI Recruiting are looking for an Inventory Shift Manager for our client based in Surrey.
As an Inventory Shift Manager your working days and hours are:
• Monday- Friday
• 4 week rota
• 06:00- 14:00 first 4 weeks
• 14:00- 22:00 second 4 weeks
The rate of pay as an Inventory Shift Manager is:
• £30,000- £35,000 per annum
Duties and responsibilities as an Inventory Shift Manager are:
• Action & manage all stock control operational processes with the support of the reports created and implemented by the Inventory Anaylst
• Maintain accurate inventory records and drive stock being in the correct location
• Using warehouse demand calculation
• Ensuring there is always plenty of stock
• Following the Bonded goods in transit process PW to GGH and GGH to PW
• Receiving all goods on the day delivery
• Managing all minimum and maximum levels based on profiling of the pick bins
• Profiling of Sku-s based on the min-max and profiling strategy
• Locating new lines
• Reviewing all end-to-end processes
• Ensuring all team members are trained/ refreshed on all the relevent processed
• Stock issue investigations
The ideal candidate for an Inventory Shift Manager would need:
• Previouse experience as an Inventory Shift Manager
• Good team leader skills
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Good disciplinary skills
• Good Team management skills
