The Role
As a Quality Technologist you will support the set up and the administration of the college Markbook system, including user management and system configuration.
You will work with the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officer and Curriculum Managers to ensure the Markbook system is used appropriately to facilitate the tracking of learner progress from their starting point and throughout the academic year.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a Level 3 in an IT based subject, detailed knowledge of education platforms such as ProMonitor and Microsoft 365 and Experience of delivering training and support to a wide range of customers.
With Experience of working in a customer focused role and troubleshooting within a network environment, you'll be able to provide administrative support to curriculum areas on the use of Markbook as well as training to staff.
