Your new role
As QualitySystems & Safety Management System Manager you will be required to provide leadership and direction for the Quality Systems team, and to the wider factory of product safety issues. The supplier Quality Manager will work closely with the wider Quality team to drive improvement in our quality system, maintain regulatory approval, and with the implementation of a safety management system in the organisation. As a Level 2 manager within the business the post holder will be expected to work closely with the wider Level 2 team to achieve business objectives. You will lead and direct team activities focusing on, any system updates due to regulatory changes or recurring themes within the business, Internal audit programme to fulfil regulatory requirements, and use the audit programme to drive continuous improvement in the organisation, implement and develop a world class safety management system to support the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Engineering or technical degree
• Safety Management experience including Human Factors
• Knowledge of accident/incident occurrence investigation and hazard identification and risk analysis
• Experience with problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies
• Significant experience of Quality Systems, including 21g, 145, safety management system, AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements

5+ years' success in a Quality system position with a 3+ years' successful experience in a quality leadership

• Experience working with customers, regulators and suppliers
• Strong leader capable of working successfully in matrix organisation, as part of a cross-functional team to drive impactful results
• Experience in working with and managing relationships
• Experience in developing a processes and procedures to support a growing complex organisation

Your new role
To ensure that all products are manufactured to the required quality and design standards. Responsible for identifying and raising non-conformances and any quality related areas for improvement to the operations and quality teams to ensure a prompt resolution. You will complete FAI, non conformance reporting and be included in audit prep.
Hours of work:
7.30pm-7.30am and based on the Continental shift patterns for nights.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have 1 years' previous experience in a Quality role/ Quality environment. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Word and functionalities within Excel and have working knowledge of a Quality Management System (QMS). 1 years' experience working in a Manufacturing environment as well as machine Shop experience or a strong appreciation for machining processes.

The post holder will provide leadership and direction for the Supplier Quality and NPI function and work closely with the wider Quality and Supply Chain teams in supporting supplied quality to our build lines, and assisting with the introduction and development of the supply base. A key focus area for this role will be new product introduction to ensure we build in supplier quality from the earliest stages of the process.
Hours of work:
7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Fri. There is some flexibility with start and finish times.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally we would like to see candidates with significant experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, including AS9100 and ISO9001 standards experience. You will have a Degree in an Engineering related discipline and/or relevant work- related experience. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required. Experience working with customers, regulators and suppliers. Strong leader capable of working successfully in a matrix organisation, as part of a cross-functional team to drive impactful results. You will have experience in working with a global supply base, in particular in low-cost regions.

Your new role
Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role provides Product Assurance (QA/PA) to an approved product portfolio and introduction of new product (NPI), delivering cost effective, efficient solutions to meet Customer / partner requirements and business objectives. The role will drive operational/manufacturing excellence delivering aviation standard governance include root cause analysis, defect analysis, process improvement, preventative action and process management activities. Driving aviation standard inspection on the manufacturing line and through life service. This role may include occasional travel to other sites.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Ideally you will have 5 years+ experience of working within a quality environment in the aviation industry. You will have detailed knowledge of current quality and related working practices and standards and be a qualified auditor or similar experience.

Your new role
The Quality Inspector role will span the full manufacturing process, and would be best suited to someone with experience working in an engineering environment, and is open to learning new skills and tasks. They will also assist with driving the quality ethos throughout the company. They will use measuring equipment to inspect and be able to spot a good weld. They will be good at troubleshooting and resolving shop floor non-conformances. Internal auditing (Quality, Health and Safety, Environment) also involved.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Quality Manager.
Hours of work Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri until 2pm

What you\'ll need to succeed
Ideally you will be working within a QMS framework. Previously worked in an inspection role. Experience of working within metal fabrication and have used precision measurement equipment. Ability to read drawings and work with Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
