My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their West Auckland based team. Reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams, you will be responsible for providing an excellent standard of service to their customers, ensuring their enquiries are handled efficiently, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

In this pivotal position, you'll lead the Sales Estimating & Project Scheduling team, driving success in the fast-paced world of high-compliance, made-to-order products for the UK construction market. If you've previously managed a pricing and project planning team in a manufacturing setting, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do:

- Lead & Inspire: Guide the talented team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiries to project handover.

- Uncover Opportunities: Network with a diverse customer base to discover and develop new sales opportunities.

- Streamline Processes: Ensure seamless workflow management by diagnosing inefficiencies and championing best practices.

- Communicate Effectively: Facilitate timely information exchange between customers and internal teams, ensuring on-time and full project delivery.
