Working for this global organisation whose Head Office is based in the Bournemouth area you will be working as a Sales Operation Specialist and will be the commercial interface between the sales and functional teams.
Key duties will include :-
- Supporting and tracking in the delivery of financial targets and business KPI's
- Updating and maintaining the B2B system across all brands
- Working with Sales Managers to elaborate the strategic plans for each region
- Prepare, review and distribute reports on revenue analysis
- Tracking monthly shipping targets and developing effective processes
- Future sales planning and working with the sales teams to create sales forecasts
- Implement reporting using the key sales data
- Update the business with market trends and trade statistics
- Data upload and ensuring all sales tools are updated
- Document processing
- Assisting with adhoc projects as required
- Commercial interface between sales and cross functions
This is an extremely busy and diverse role which requires a highly motivated and capable Sales Administrator with a minimum of 3 years Sales Support and Sales Operational experience.
Excellent communication skills are required along with a high level of IT proficiency and degree level education.
This role is offered on a remote Working from Home basis with the occasional requirement to visit the Head Office which is located on the outskirts of Bournemouth for training purposes.
A competitive salary of £25k is offered along with an annual bonus and excellent company benefits.
