National Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Retail in an agile team of 4. Our team is driving ambitious triple digit growth in our Retail channel. We have 8+ years retail presence and have captured a wonderful toehold in the baskets of savvy, foodie shoppers who value chef grade ingredients. This role will be focused on the management of Waitrose, Sainsburys, Costco and some of our Export customers. It is customer facing, getting out to new and existing customers, with a view to turbo charging this area of the business.

What the day job looks like:
You will have daily internal interaction, tracking spend and business performance and ensuring our supply chain team have accurate forecasts. Being future focussed in your thinking to drive listings and distribution, managing promos and compliance, nail negotiation and reporting (we use Elm) to deliver growth.
You will recommend and implement action plans, interact at senior level with internal stakeholders and own key business relationships.
What we need from you:
Ideally you will have a background including 2 or 3 years in an FMCG environment, or in a results-driven sales, marketing environment within FMCG and/or retail - dealing with the retailers from a sales point of view will be important tools in this role. A good networking ability with an existing network of relevant industry contacts is preferable.

Terms
• 40 hrs/wk i.e. 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 2 day/week office; 3 day/week WFH hybrid working model.
• Probationary period 3 months
• Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
• 30% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
