DUTIES

Your duties as the Marketing and Communications Campaign Officer include:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and websites to engage and inform target audiences in line with strategic plans as set by the Group Marketing Manager

• Social Media Management: Oversee the Group social media channels, creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and monitoring key metrics to continually increase social presence

• Website Maintenance & Development: Working in collaboration with the wider teams, maintain the Group websites to ensure accuracy of information, up to date and relevant content and implementing any development requirements

• Events: Collaborate with the wider teams to support the delivery and effective promotion of Group events and activities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences, utilising insights to inform marketing strategies

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives, using metrics to drive improvements

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, industry partners, and media outlets to foster collaboration and enhance visibility


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in marketing communications, preferably within the higher education or creative industries

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

• Strong copywriting, editing, proofing and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in content creation and management

• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of Higher Education and Short Course training market

• IT Literate (CRM systems, MS Teams & Office, emails, internet & social media use)

• Ability to work autonomously (with direction)

We are hiring Sales Executives across the UK for a 3-4 week (depending on territory) contract to boost sales of Lucozade Alert into independent stores. The virtual briefing will take place on Monday, 19th August, and the position involves full-time work from Monday to Friday for 3 to 4 weeks. What will you be doing?

You will do this by:

• Collecting stock from a nominated cash & carry in the van we will provide you with for the duration of the work (there is an option to use your own vehicle for this work)
• Visit selected stores in your area Monday to Friday, promoting and selling in products.
• Report back on your sales successes and any information gained during your calls via your mobile on the great easy to use App we will provide you with.
• Building great relationships with store owners and decision makers, enabling you to influence them, helping ensure that every sales opportunity in their stores is maximised and the products are prominently promoted.
• Achieving daily sales targets - but these are well known brands that sell well, and you have a great deal to offer the shops too that they cannot get elsewhere!
