Your new role
* Providing timely responses to routine Sales enquiries
* Preparing and issuing quotes
* Providing technical support material
* Check stock availability and prices
* Maintaining regular contact with customers
* Monitoring customer history on CRM database
* Contacting latent customers to identify sales opportunities
* Liaising within Sales and with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met
* Maintain and update records on Salesforce
* Provide after-sales support
What you\'ll need to succeed
* IT Literate
* Minimum 3 years experience within a Sales/BDM/Account Management role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable
