What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status
• A good honours degree in a relevant subject and evidence of ongoing professional development
• Excellent classroom practitioner with demonstrable experience of raising standards
• Experience of successful delivery of the science curriculum across KS3
• Experience of working in high-performing contexts and helping students to overcome significant barriers to learning
• Commitment to evidence informed pedagogy.
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Ability to teach to top grades at Sixth Form
