The Senior Audit Manager is a senior-level management position responsible for owning and managing complex audits, assessments of Citi’s risk and control environment related to Country / Cluster Technology and interactions with senior stakeholders and regulators. IA Strategy, Change Management and Special Projects is a global team of professionals supporting IA across diverse areas including Strategy, Program and Change Management, Methodology and Digital Solutions. The Labs and Reengineering Lead will report to the Head of IA Strategy within the IA Strategy, Change Management & Special Projects team.

What you’ll do

• Consistently develop, execute and deliver audit reports in a timely manner, in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards
• Review and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for all reviews
• Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on overall control environment and audit approach
• Manage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level
• Leverage a comprehensive expertise to manage a team
• Advise the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
• Recommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for broader corporate issues
• Apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and regulations to a specific product or function area Qualifications:

What we’ll need from you

• Relevant experience gained as an Audit Manager or equivalent.
• Vice President level or equivalent, or ready to step up into a role of this nature.
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Experience auditing governance.
• Effective comprehension of business side of audit function and subject matter expertise regarding technology application
• Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective influencing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
