Evaluates quality of service, regulatory compliance and adherence to established procedures in relation tocontacts. Evaluates potential impact of errors made on the customer and subsequent handling of the individualcustomer#s journey. Contributes to benchmark audits and targeted reviews. Identifies trends and recommendspriority action items essential for the business to improve the experience for customers and subsequent handling.Partners with leadership to identify targeted audit needs for individual sites or teams. Works independently toexecute the audit based on the agreed upon scope, analyze the audit results, write audit summary reports, andcommunicate results to local leaders. Consults with business to identify top opportunities and recommends actionsto improve work product and business results. Regularly partners with business leadership in meetings andcalibration sessions to provide consultation and recommendations, including delivery of communication when needed.Provides technical assistance to the business with auditing tools, or other applicable technology, and providessuggestions on audits completed by supervisors and other reviewers.May serve as team audit lead on a rotational basis. Organizes and obtains pertinent data, communicates expectationsto peers, and arranges internal calibrations and re-audits. Analyzes audit data and assembles audit summaryreports for leadership distribution. Participates in audit closing conferences with leadership.Completes secondary reviews of peer audits to ensure internal consistency of work. Assists Compliance with targetedreviews. Trains new members and mentors potential successors. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execute audit programs in line with the Business Unit’s requirements
2. Design scope of audit assignments covering internal controls & policy guidelines
3. Execute and manage the audit assignments including performing field-work following the planned audit approach while delivering quality work in line WNS Group standards.
4. Evaluate internal processes and controls, and prepare audit reports with value added recommendations to management and audit committees
5. Seek implementation of audit recommendations within timelines & escalate overdue issues pending implementation
6. Ensure that internal audit staff is properly supervised, performs audit/investigatory work with planned approach and within agreed time frames
7. Liaise with external auditors to co-ordinate and discuss audit assignments, issues and audit observations
8. Evaluate internal processes / controls and update risk registers
9. Follow-up for implementation of controls for key risks within timelines & escalate overdue issues
10. Review the existing risk framework and recommend changes to risk assessment / review / monitoring methodologies

 Accountable for New Hire training, Nesting, Performance during 30-60-90 days period and overall knowledge management during BAU Take direction from training lead and execute deliverables Design process training plans with inputs from client SMEs Conduct training sessions for identified gaps and process betterment Assess the effectiveness of training material to be deployed for the KS program including the SOPs, Participant and Facilitator Guides, Learning Check Points, etc. Set-up daily/weekly huddles with trainees to track progress and resolve any issues Conduct audits, calibration with QAs & Training Need Assessment (TNA) for employees in BAU Operations Develop training interventions based on TNI for existing employees Review and revise the standard operating procedures periodically or as agreed with the client Ensure robust update management process is deployed and followed Ensure adherence to the training governance mechanism as outlined in Training Standard Document (TSD) Preparing, publishing and maintaining various training reports and dashboards
