Job Responsibilities: Play an active role in quality and safety, working collaboratively with the MDT team and build relationships with our service users, their families, the MNVP and other interested stakeholders and parties Support the teams with timely responses to PALS and complaints and ensure lessons learned and improvements required based on patient feedback and experience are fed into guidelines and projects Focus on identifying and disseminating lessons learned and supporting changes in practice some of which may be through the implementation of quality improvement projects Are responsible for ensuring that feedback from patient experiences is collated analysed and learning is implemented within departments creating a positive culture for staff. Lead in the development of a variety of effective methods for obtaining service user and staff feedback/ views and supports the implementation and collation of data in local and national surveys e.g. Friends & Family test Ensure robust processes are in place to continuously maintain upward trajectory in the response rate for the FFT or similar feedback mechanism. Ensure feedback relating to patient and staff experience (e.g. from CQC) are understood and action plans developed, implemented and reviewed. Support ongoing & develop innovations for the dissemination of feedback and audit information such as the Governance noticeboards. Ensure accessible and good quality information for service users related to services and staff.
