Omron Healthcare Manufacturing India Private Limited strives to strengthen the reach and availability of home blood pressure monitors across the country and has committed to fulfilling the vision of "Going for ZERO" (achieving zero cerebro-cardiovascular events) and we are looking for Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in India.
Job Purpose:
- Manage budgeting, quarterly and monthly meetings, board of directors meetings, business reports, and KPI tracking.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss (P/L), balance sheets (B/S), and cash flow (C/F) statements in both annual and monthly reports, and develop countermeasures based on management accounting.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Omron Global Rule, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop standard costs and actual pricing systems. Monitor and analyze cost variances, investigate, and report findings.
- Oversee annual financial closures according to IFRS, US-GAAP, and I GAAP (Ind AS) standards.
- Conduct budgeting, quarterly financial reviews, analysis, and implement necessary measures.
- Manage internal and external audits for tax and financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including P/L, B/S, C/F, taxation, dividends, annual reports, and accounting.
- Adapt to legal changes and manage adjustments in procedures and reporting.
- Plan and conduct short-term and medium-term meetings, directors' meetings, business reports, and KPI management.
- Train and develop team members.
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 7 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a finance manager in a manufacturing company, including working with global top management and external service providers.
- Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations (Finance, Accounting, Tax), and expertise in Indian Accounting Standards.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, Indian GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proven experience in managing month-end ledger close processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in English and Tamil, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Oracle/SAP systems.
