Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be the key bridge between the client and the company. You will need to understand client needs and coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Build and maintain good relationships with clients, understand and anticipate their needs.
2)Responsible for overall project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring and close-out.
3) Coordinate with creative, design, media and digital marketing teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
4)Provide client consulting and strategic advice to help clients enhance brand awareness and market influence.
5)Regularly report project progress and results to clients and handle client feedback and queries.
6)Track market trends and competitive dynamics to provide clients with forward-looking market insights.
- Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
- Review financial statements and analyse financial data.
- Oversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audit.
- Perform Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
- Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
- Manage / support outsourced functions:
Position Requirements:
1)Master degree, preferably in accounting, financing, commerce, marketing, advertising, or related majors.
2)More than 1-2 years of account management experience in advertising agency, with successful cases preferred.
3) Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle multi-tasks efficiently.
4) Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with strong anti-pressure ability.
5)Familiar with the latest trends and technologies in the advertising industry, experience in digital marketing is preferred.
