Job Description
Documentation Maintenance:
• Maintain and update the existing documentation for the Corporate Accredited Management System.
• Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and up to date.

Audit Support:
• Assist in preparing for and facilitating both internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with audit
• requirements.

Awareness Training:
• Conduct regular awareness training sessions to ensure all employees are informed about the Corporate Accredited
• Management System and its requirements.
• Develop training materials and schedules to effectively communicate key information.

General GA Functions:
• Support all other General Affairs (GA) functions as needed.
• Perform various GA-related tasks to support the department’s operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure efficient workflow

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Quality Engineering /any Engineering discipline
• Basic understanding of Documentation
• Involve in any kind of Audits; ISO related would be a plus.

Position Overview

The M&A Accounting Operations team supports company-wide strategic initiatives such as those revolving around our business model transformation, mergers and acquisitions and digital financial transformation.  The M&A Accounting Operations Manager will support the M&A Accounting Operations Senior Manager for revenue operations in all mergers and acquisitions and will be instrumental in financial quote to collect integration of acquired companies. • Partner with finance, operations, IT and business functional leads to drive mergers and acquisitions from initial term sheet through diligence, close, valuation, financial reporting and until full product and financial integration

Minimum Qualifications

• CPA license

• Experience performing/reviewing contract analysis under ASC 606-Revenue from Contracts with Customers

• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.)

• 7+ years relevant work experience, preferably a mix of public accounting and private industry

• Knowledge of a broad range of revenue (ASC 606) and accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders

• Ability to manage a team of professionals, juggle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to proactively organize and plan project activities and dependencies to achieve success

• Confidence, good judgment, adaptability and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management, business functions and geographies

Position Overview

The Corporate Accounting team is seeking a well-rounded, strong performer who will be a key contributor to the worldwide close process. The ideal candidate has corporate and/or public accounting experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high quality work in a high energy team environment. The position can be located anywhere on the west coast and will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager. This role presents an outstanding growth opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop their experience in a Controllership organization.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral part in the worldwide close process through preparing, analyzing and reviewing assigned general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, and other analysis to support the consolidated financial statements

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP for various accounting areas (for example, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, centralized allocations, and quarter-end accruals). Prepare and review accounting entries as appropriate

• Work closely with business partners and accounting teams worldwide to understand changes in the business and statutory requirements which impact US GAAP accounting areas

• Prepare flux analyses and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and schedules for management and external auditors as appropriate

• Prepare analysis of non-departmental costs for FP&A forecasts

• Review and prepare various cost allocations by functions

• Analyze technical accounting issues under US GAAP and prepare accounting memos addressing technical issues as required

• Analyze technical accounting issues and provide guidance to the Finance community, as required

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize the financial close process. These projects include information systems improvements as well as creating efficiencies with manual processes

• Government surveys

• Additional ad hoc and special projects as required

Minimum Requirements

• BA in Accounting or Finance with proven academic excellence

• 5+ years of related experience (minimum 2 years of public accounting experience a plus)

• A working knowledge of SAP is preferred

• Experience with BlackLine a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA qualification required

• Experience in multi-national public companies is preferred (Experience in software industry a plus)

• Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant accounting principles under US GAAP

• Proactive, excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts to a non-technical audience

• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement and growth

Position Overview

The M&A Accounting Operations team supports company-wide strategic initiatives such as those revolving around our business model transformation, mergers and acquisitions and digital financial transformation. The Senior Revenue Analyst will report to the M&A Accounting Operations Senior Manager to support revenue operations for all mergers and acquisitions in addition to traditional accounting tasks. • Support M&A Accounting Operations Manager to integrate acquired entities into the Autodesk ecosystem in the most efficient and automated manner 

• Analyze accounting, reporting and process implications of acquired entities and provide guidance  

• Perform account monthly analysis and reconciliations for M&A revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable
