Your new role
This Personal Injury fee earner position will see you handle your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA and EL/PL/OL files valued up to £100,000. You may also be asked to deal with fixed fee and portal RTA claims, including uninsured MIB claims. This role will require you to attend CMCs, conferences and hearings when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience running your own litigated personal injury caseload. There is the possibility of retaining for this role for those with strong litigated RTA experience. Previous experience of fast and multi-track claimant RTA fee earning is essential. Fast and multi-track EL/PL/OL experience is beneficial.

Your new company
A higher education institute in the Liverpool area with an outstanding reputation! My client is due to welcome their new academic year students, and therefore needs support issuing 1st year's with ID cards.
Your new role
Working in a busy hub, you will be responsible for the issuing of a large volume of student ID cards to incoming students. This is a customer service orientated role, as you will be one of the first points of contact to this new student cohort! Your role will consist of delivering good customer service, as well as accurately recording student information to issue ID cards. Working with a card printer, you will need to be a confident IT user, and also feel comfortable working with different systems. This is a full-time working week, offering 35 hours Monday - Friday. You will be required for 2 weeks from Monday 23rd September - Friday 4th October inclusive.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service, reception or administration experience is essential for this post! You will be working closely with the team, but will feel comfortable working autonomously. You will be system savvy, and thrive in busy, bustling environments! Due to the short nature of this post, you must be available for the entire duration.
What you'll get in return
Working with a sought after employer in the area, you will have full time hours of 9 - 5 Monday - Friday. You will have a basic hourly rate of £12ph + holiday pay, taking you to £13.45ph inclusive. You will also be instrumental to the welcome of thousands of students to their university life!

This firm has been established in the market for over 70 years, serving clients across Merseyside, the North West and North Wales. They provide a range of accountancy, taxation, audit, and payroll services to their clients. It is a general practice whose clients are a variation of sole traders and limited companies across a range of industries.

Your new role
As Payroll Clerk, you will provide support in the efficient and effective processing of payrolls for the firms clients. You will manage your own portfolio of client payrolls and will manage and process payrolls, establishing good working relationships with clients. You will be required to keep up to date on relevant legislation and industry changes and you will work within the payroll team. You will also assist clients with payroll related queries and be required to work as part of an efficient payroll team.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in payroll within a practice environment. You will need excellent organisational and time management skills as you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines. You will need to work as part of an effective team and have excellent customer service skills. Relevant payroll qualifications are not necessary but are ideal.

I am currently working with a key client within the Financial Services sector who is looking for a Customer Complaints Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to provide administration support to the Complaint Handlers within the business, ensuring that all tasks relating to the logging of new complaints, investigation process and final resolutions are logged accurately whilst adhering to policy and regulatory requirements. Your key duties will include: logging new complaints on to relevant databases, issuing manual letters to customers, maintaining case trackers and liaising with customers and other staff to gather further information on cases. You may also be expected to compete other general administrative tasks where relevant.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available and be able to demonstrate prior administration experience within a professional environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, be proficient using Microsoft packages, able to pick up new systems and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. A financial services background is highly desirable but not essential for this position.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. My client operates a hybrid policy which will see you working from home on Mondays and Fridays, and working in the office Tuesday to Thursday. Salary equivalent up to £25,000.
